Today you will experience a wonder of the natural world and explore one of America's great science museums. 8:45am Depart for Boston's Long Wharf where your high-speed catamaran awaits you. These water craft are ultra modern with enclosed sit down seating, air conditioning and plenty of room to store your lunch. Or, if you prefer, you can purchase snacks and drinks aboard the boat (on your own). You'll visit Stellwagon Bank, the East Coast's most famous whale watching destination. Stellwagon's heavy concentration of humpback, minke, and finback whales guarantees an adventure to learn about whales as they frolic in their natural habitat. Your tour is guided by a naturalist from the Whale Center of New England. We guarantee that you will see a whale...if you don't, you'll get a free pass for a return trip! 'After this exciting tour, we will travel a short distance to the Boston Science Museum where you will explore the many aspects of the natural world that surrounds you. In addition, you will enjoy a Mugar Omni Theatre presentation - what a way to end your day of scientific exploration of the Oceans that surround us!
